"Money does not grow on trees"

This is probably most common dialogue in indian housholds.Either you are the actor delivering it most probably to your children or you are at receiving end getting it from your parents.

Ironically we have a tree/plant named as money plant. And joy it brings to your life no money can buy.

This money plant was part of my garden right from planning phase. It is one of those founding members
It just elevates your garden to another level.
As an experience player he has his own strategy when it enters the garden. His expansion proposals just too tempting to resist.

Within no time from balcony garden it will enter your drawing room and then to bedroom, your kitchen and washrooms will also get captured and you will surrender happily to its charm.

It will be centre of attraction in your drawing room.People can not help but appreciate beauty of it and its asthetic.

By now it will boost your confidence and you will start calling yourself as someone who has green thumb. With Green money plants all over the place no one would dare to suspect.
Now you find pride in calling money plant Pothos.
You start flaunting your garden pictures all over the places.Money plant don't mind sharing the credit happily with you.Now along with green money plant his cousin Golden pothos has also entered the house with similar strategy of expansion. And this golden boy knows no struggle. It gets place in garden and drawing room at the same time. While money plant enjoying family gathering at your which is his home now you are on look out for finding new fancy containers for them

Such a lovely and easy going money plant i would highly recommend for new plant parent.Simple routines you need to follow.Give it water sufficient to keep top layer of soil moist. If there are arial roots mist them.
It is happy with or without sunlight.I will flourish equally in hanging pots in open balcony having sufficient sunlight or water filled jug put on your centre table in drawing room with less light.

If you want much bushier plant you can cut leaves near its node.Put those leaves in water.Once roots grow you can repot it.

Freely hanging long stems with pretty leaves look equally appealing.
Look at my Rapunzel.Isn't she pretty.

I sometimes feel you just fall in love with your money plant and then this a lifetime relation.
